ANATEL -The National Telecommunications Agency in Brazil, which controls the use of radiofrequency in the country, collects fees for the authorization and use of frequencies. It is essential to prepare a draft of Radiofrequency Legalization by a specialist engineer.

The project consists of the completion of several special forms and the making of a report of compliance for each radio station, required since July 2002, when the ANATEL Resolution 303 came into force approving the Regulation on Limitation of Exposure to Electromagnetic Fields in radio frequency band between 9kHz and 300GHz.

After reviewing and approving the project presented, Anatel authorizes the use of the system, through the issuance of a license for each radio station.
